Yield: 1 Cup
| 2 1/2 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
| 3 | tb | Hazelnut oil |
| 2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 | c | Whipping cream; well chilled |
| | | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
Measure lemon juice into small bowl. Whisk in oils in thin stream. Whisk
in cream in thin stream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into pitcher or
bowl. Recommended for main courses [in the magazine, Chicken Coriander].
